Description
I've been toying with the idea of trying to get some of my paintings, along with the stories (dark, moody, fairytales/horror stories mostly) published in one way or the other. Perhaps in a kind of dark, mature fairytale book. We'll see. As a follow-up question - would you possibly be interested in ever buying something like that? (Think Grimm stories, and yet not.)Anyway, this one...
She fled her father into the night, after a quarrel - and intended to stay away for a while, 'til his anger had passed. To find her way back, much like in the stories she had read, she spread bright, almost glowingly white, petals in her path - intending to let them lead her way back home.
Little did she know that someone else would pick up on the trail.

The background is stunning, I still can't believe it isn't a photo, especially the tree and the stones in the middle. And the colours of her dress are wonderful.
Anyway, I definitely would be interested in that book. I've read some of your stories when they were still up on Elfwood and they are wonderful (the one with Haji is my favorite =).

In answer to your question, I would definately buy a book of your paintings (whether it was a fairytale book or not; doesn't matter to me).
