Description
This is a somewhat 'quick' picture, and admittedly not on a grander scale... but it's the only self portrait I've ever made that I've felt represented me. It's 'me', and I thought I'd share :]Mirror referenced rather than from a photo, so you'll have to take my word for it resembling me ;]

"Hormonal voting - Producing a pic of a very, very beautiful female subject and saying it's a self-portrait. Yes, it works of you're a man, too - it's the internet after all, and no-one needs to know the truth...right? (If you vote for this type of work solely in the moronic hope of getting a date with the artist, I hate you.)

It's really mainly a sketch, or a quick painting at any rate, so I doubt I'll go back and change anything... but for the record, I totally agree with the comments regarding the shoulders. When I reached that part of the painting, it was 6AM something, and I was just sick and tired of it - and hoped no one would notice
It's all mirror referenced, by the way, no photos used to look at this time around. I felt I got a more interesting expression that way.

I also like the hair, something that I can never seem to get right in my pics. Excellent job here, if that means anything from an amateur like me.

Personally, I would have blasted a load more saturation in there. That's just me. I probably would have killed it.
